World’s most Hi-tech Bed
Quite simply this bed has everything; Wireless Internet, check, LCD Projector, check, iPOD dock, yeap - it even has an anti-snoring device which raises the bed by 7 degrees until the snoring stops and then resets. This then is probably the best bed in the World; but it doesn’t come cheap.
Most of us have a TV, radio and perhaps some other gadgets in our Bedrooms but Leggett & Platt have taken the whole ‘Bedroom experience’ to the next level by bringing all the gadgets right into bed with you.

Features
The bed, which was on display at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, incorporates features like wireless internet connectivity, an iPod dock, a surround sound speaker system, LCD projector, dual temperature controls and DVR capability.
Stops snoring
For some this will be worth the hefty price tag alone - Leggett & Platt said the bed also comes with a vibration-detection feature that will elevate that half of the bed 7 degrees if a user is snoring and then return to the original position once the snoring stops.
How much then?
The Starry night as it has been named will retail from $US 20,000 to $US 50,000 depending on which features are chosen, the company expects the Starry Night to be available in the first half of 2009.
I know it sounds like a lot, but you show me somebody that sleeps in a bed with someone that snores; I will show you a person that thinks $US20,000 is a very small amount to pay to solve that problem,
said Mark Quinn, group executive vice president for Leggett & Platt’s bedding division, on Tuesday at the CES.
