Having recently helped to win the Gibson Plate for Abergele Badminton club (North Wales, U.K). Badminton has been on my mind a lot recently, so here’s a truly outstanding Badminton video, which shows a seemingly endless Mixed rally. How these guys develop so much power, yet are agile enough to reach impossible shots, is truly amazing… all to do with foot work they say :)
