Impossible to get Dugg without a Digg Circle
Posted: October, 29 2007It seems that if you haven’t got a ‘Digg Circle‘ going, or are not a well established Blog then you have very little chance of getting Dugg to the Home page these days. Only the sites which are already the big players have the power of making new Blogs and sites more powerful. Is it possible to get Dugg without a Digg Circle?
This thought is held by many other web authors, even if you have a decent story or angle on something that already exists then chances are your story or thoughts will be buried by these Digg Circles, before the majority get to see the content.
Sour Grapes?
This may sound like sour grapes, but it would be great if the Digg system had the ability to register these Digg circles and thwart them before they had chance to infect the Front page.
As John Koetsier describes in his Article, it seems fundamental to the Digg system, so isn’t going to change any time soon.
