HD DVD not going down without a fight
Posted: January, 15 2008According to engadget, the HD-DVD format is ‘firing back’ with a massive price slash across its best selling lines, it’s a shrewd move, but probably more of a marketing ploy to get rid of the stock they have invested so heavily in before everybody and their dog finds out the format is dead in the water.
Price Cuts
HD-A3 MSRP $149.99 ~ £75!

1080p-capable HD-A30 to $199.99, and the top of the line HD-A35 to $299.99.
You will also get five titles with every purchase, if the format does continue on, some people are going to have some greats deals!
